Itinerary

Day 1

Your Arrival Time:(?)Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel.

At.06:00PM:A short briefing about your tour program by us at the hotel. If you are arriving late (after 4PM) then we will have a briefing next morning at 09:00AM. If there is any payment due, then it will be collected during the briefing time.

Day 2

At. 10:00 AM: After your breakfast, you will visit for a full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, BoudhanathStupa, Swayambhunath and Patan DurbarSquare. Once you complete your sightseeing, we will drop you back to your hotel.

Pashupatinath temple

Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrines for Hindus.This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors canclearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bankof the Bagmati river.

Boudhanath

Boudhanathisone of the largest stupas in South Asia. It is the center hub of Buddhism in Nemonasteries. Lichchavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, which was made in the shape of Mandala.

Swayambhunath

Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is Located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name “Monkey Temple”.

PatanDurbarSquare

Located in the heart of old Patan city, the Patan Durbar Square is a quadrangle filled with several temples, palaces, and courtyards. Most of the structures date back to the Malla era. Patan Palace, which now houses a museum, used to be the royal residence of the Malla kings ruling over Patan. Surrounding the royal palaceare the octagonal Chyasin Dewal, Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen Temple, Hiranyavarna Mahavihar (Golden Temple), etc. Inside the Patan Palace is courtyards (Keshav Narayan Chowk, SundariChowk, and MulChowk) with gilded doorways and decorative stone baths and wells.

Manakamana Templeis highly respected sacred Hindu Goddess Bhagawati.Temple is 140 kilometer from Kathmandu and on the way to Pokhara. The meaning of Manakamana is wished fulfill. So Manakamana is believed goddess Bhagabati reward pilgrimages who reach there are granting their wishes. Temple situated 1302 miters altitude overlooks the river valleys of Trishuli in the south and Marshyangdiin the west. The panaromic views of Manaslu, Himchuli, Annapurna rages can be seen from temple.

PeaceStupa

Situated at the height of 1100 meters, commonly known as Shanti, the World Peace Stupa located on the Anadu Hill of PumdiBhumdi Village is a special Buddhist monument. It was built by Nipponzan-Myōhōji monk Morioka Sonin with local supporters under the guidance of NichidatsuFujii, a Buddhist monk and the founder of Nipponzan-Myōhōji. Shanti, the Sanskrit word that does mean peace, also widely used in the Nepali and Hindi languages, indicates Peace Pagoda as it was built as a symbol of peace. One can see the total ranges of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna including the beautiful peak Machhapuchhere, the Fishtail.

SetiGorge

SetiRiverisfamousforitsdeceptiverivercourseand itsmilkywhitewater.Thewatercutsadeepgorge right across the mighty Mahabharata range and thenrunsadeepchasminthemiddleofthetown.The gorgecanbeseenfromaparkintheOldpokhara close to the Gorkha Museum.

The temple of Bindhyabasini is the old east in the city of Pokhara, Nepal and is situated in WardNo.2,Miruwa. It regularly attracts many local Nepalese from across the region, as well as foreigners. The principal temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is believed to be Goddess Kali’s incarnation. Smaller temple sare within the temple premises which are dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Ganesh  and Hanuman.

PhewaLake

Phewa Lake is a freshwater lake, located in the city of Pokhara in Nepal. It is the second largest lake in Nepal. The crystal clear water ofthelake reflectsthe Annapurna rangesandMountMachhapuchhare,lendingtouristswith a most breathtaking view.

The lake has a temple in its center, natively called BarahiMandir. This is situated on an island in the lake. The pagoda-style temple is unique in its structure and setting. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and can bereached by boat. Boating is one of the main tourist attractions here. The lakeside is perfect for a boat ride in a quiet afternoon with the Himalayan ranges as a backdrop.

Devidsfalls

David’s fallsis an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as PataleChhango which means the underwater world. According to local old people, On 31st July 1961, a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. Since that day the place is known as David’s falls.

GupteshworCave

GupteshworMahadev Cave is one of the longest caves in Nepal is nearly 3km long. There are some walls dripping water insidethe cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. GupteshworMahadev Cave is near David’s falls.

After the arrivalf rom Pokhara to Kathmandu by flight you will have free day at leisure.
